Our client is global FMCG company currently on the search of an accomplished and strategic-minded Head of Commercial to lead and optimize our commercial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company\'s business objectives and market dynamics, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and pricing strategies, optimizing profitability.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
• Monitor sales and market performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to foster strong relationships and promote the company\'s commercial success.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and strategic expansion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and drive performance excellence.
• Profound understanding of market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive dynamics within the FMCG industry.
• Strong business acumen, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
