A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible for leading the overall commercial execution of projects and team across the Asia Pacific Hub and working in a matrix organization across the region. In addition, you will provide input into new offers and support in reaching the overall business targets through ensuring efficient business operations and controlling of processes to achieve the best possible financial results.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 Reporting of the status, targets, and KPIs of the Hub and future forecasts associated with the operational structure effectiveness and development of the Hub

\xc2\xb7 Implementation of methods and synergies required to increase efficiency and optimize operational performance in the Hub e.g. improve financial results through robust project risk management & claim management

\xc2\xb7 Day to day leadership & management of APAC Hub including oversight of operational, organizational, and administrative requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders for problem solving, practice sharing and continuous improvement

\xc2\xb7 Development & implementation of the Hub operational strategy regarding recruitment (ramp-up), integration, and utilization of allocated employees in the Hub.

\xc2\xb7 For local and regional projects, support the assigned Project Manager to ensure that the project financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care.

\xc2\xb7 Contributing to and implementing business plans, including financial management and strategic review of the business

\xc2\xb7 Maintains smooth working relationships with local Siemens Energy Country and Regional Organizations.

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.

\xc2\xb7 More than 10 years of working experience

\xc2\xb7 A strong background in business development / project management / strategy development.

\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with high interpersonal skills (team player, negotiation skills, leadership skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation).

\xc2\xb7 Eye for business, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Professional English required, where additional Asian languages will be a benefit.

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude to work in challenging environment and in embracing high performance culture.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in people management, leading and coaching

\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge on international trade, accounting & finance, contract law
