TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY / DELIVERY Define the overall technology strategy and budget, leading the architecture and delivery of front-end and back-end platforms. Work closely with product counterparts and senior management to define and implement product and technology strategy and KPIs Oversee the development of your teams projects and encourage cross-functional collaboration to iterate on new product developments Manage Tech backlog that is refined and prioritized through agile ways of working Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organisation as it starts to scale TECHNOLOGY RELIABILITY Ensure scalability and robustness of the platform, identifying and driving continuous improvements - ensuring minimal downtime of < 99% of both front-end (Shopify Plus) and back-end system Implement system monitoring procedures and tools for complete product visibility, diagnostics, and failure detection Create procedures for identifying and resolving issues of priority TEAM MANAGEMENT Create a talent plan that complies with the roadmap for Limitless's technology. Acquire, develop, and scale technical talent to realise all of Limitless's technological priorities. Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organisations investors, management, staff and stakeholders with regard to the companys technology vision, opportunities and challenges. For essential positions, develop succession plans to maintain business continuity.
