Job Responsibilities Oversee and review business performance indicators to ensure strong and healthy market/ revenue growth for Public Sector, Corporate, SME and Indirect segments. Responsible for leading and driving the enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned region. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals. Develop and formulate sales strategy with right execution plan to be implemented in order to achieve the revenue target Develop and execute Account Management Plan in order to provide in-depth understanding of customers\' requirements and maximize new business opportunities Develop and implement retention strategies to retain existing customer base and increase revenue base from the existing portfolios Monitor, review and guide the team to achieve the set KPI\'s, EBIDTA and profitability Analyze competitive information and strategic plans for major customers in order to counter competitor\'s actions to win the customers. Job Requirements Minimum of 15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, sales & marketing and any related field. Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of the [Region] market, including key industries, competitors, and market trends. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
