Head of HR in KL Your new company Our client is the largest global multinational company that has been established for more than 20 years in Malaysia. Their Kuala Lumpur office is looking for a proactive head of human resources to lead their strong human resource team in providing the highest quality of human resource services. Your new role As the Head of HR, your tasks would include but not limited to: Talent Acquisition - Overseeing talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding processes, talent development and retention. Employee Engagement - Support and coaches team members to help resolve organisational or teams\' issues that is aligned with company guidelines and strategy. Performance Management - Helping and implementing performance review and talent development programs. Strategic Planning - Developing, implementing and stabilizing the HR team and senior leaders\' strategies that is aligned with the company\'s global goals. HR Compliance - Ensuring all HR compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies were addressed together with people leaders. What you\'ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must have: A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Maximum 10 years of working experience in HR together with at least 4 years\' experience in leadership and in change management role. Has a broad knowledge of HR industry practices and generalist experience in HR management, experience in HR shared services or outsourcing industry is an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills to guide and inspire HR teams, set priorities and drive performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and handle employee concerns across cultures and regions. Has a strong and driven facilitation and presentation skills Skill in guiding teams through organisational changes and adapting HR strategies to evolving business needs. Experience in project and change management either on a local, regional or global scale.
