A Head of HR job has become available at a rapidly growing organisation in the retail space. This role is a strategic Head of HR role.

About the Head of HR Role:
You will be leading a team of Managers covering the HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and CoE functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall HR leadership to the organisation and be a strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy for the company
• Direct and guide HR Operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and positive result in managing and maximising human capital
• Drive the organisations people and culture initiative across the region including coming up with strategy to identify and enhance the company\'s branding and recognition, culture and people policies
• Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition, as well as the management of the HR budget
• Lead business expansion in the country including developing strategies to ensure the right talent are hired for critical positions and HR processes are robust enough to support rapid growth
• Design organisation strategy by solidifying the HR structure including enhancing process, policies and driving automation
• Involved in organisation design including job mapping and job grading to ensure expansion initiatives are supported with the right structures in place

To succeed in this Head of HR role, you must have HR experience in an organisation that has experienced fast growth and you must have led people initiatives to support this growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree
• At least 10 years\' working experience in HR with experience handling a large headcount and managing a team
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work well in an environment that is rapidly evolving
• Open to Malaysian applicants only
