Head of HR position within the financial services industry Your new company Our client is a financial services provider that has a great market reputation for providing excellent banking services to its customers for more than 50 years. They are looking for a Head of HR to join their organisation to lead a robust team in their mission to provide the best HR services to the organisation. Your new role As the Head of HR, you will be tasked with: Partnering with stakeholders within the business to deliver services in relation to people matters including development and resourcing Ensuring HR processes and services are delivered in a timely and strategic manner Designing and implementing talent development initiatives and framework to homogenise approaches towards the development of staff, be it through extensive performance reviews and KPI assessments Working with business stakeholder to understand personnel needs and deliver int terms of recruitment of new staff members or upskilling the current team members Lead and champion implementation of HR projects and overseeing all aspects of HR operations What you\'ll need to succeed In order to qualify for this role you must have: 10 \'15 years experience as an HR generalist providing full spectrum HR services [operational, strategic and advisory] Experience managing a team Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Effective problem-solving capabilities In-depth understanding of local HR and labour laws What you\'ll get in return In return, you will be part of an organisation that has a strong market presence and consumer confidence.
