Job Description

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible in spearheading people agenda initiatives across the business. To provide leadership and set the right fundamental, systems, policies, and procedures so that Human Resource function effectively to support the organization\'s goals and objectives.

• Partner with Senior Leadership team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business and function in Malaysia.
• Provide timely information and/or education to all levels of company on HR matters
• Educate, coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
• Collaborate with HR teams in the region to champion and accelerate HR initiatives in the country
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
• Lead HR core processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions, learning and development
• Key HR focal point on all HR related topics and initiatives in the country.
• Working closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• With a minimum 20 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management exposure working within a manufacturing organization.
• Strong stakeholder management & business partnering skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required.
