• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership to the HR team and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
• Lead the collective bargaining process and negotiate labor agreements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and shop stewards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits, compensation, and employment practices.
• Develop and implement employee training programs and initiatives.
• Manage the HR budget and provide regular reports on HR performance to senior management.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with Union exposure is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in leading collective bargaining and negotiating labor agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
