Job Description


Seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our HR department, harmonize HR structures, and optimize overall company performance. A strategic HR leader with a passion for optimizing HR structures and driving organizational success.

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives to support business growth and performance.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement effective succession planning and career development programs.
  • Harmonization of HR Structures: Standardize HR processes, policies, and practices across all departments and locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Optimization and Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities for improving HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • HR Technology: Leverage HRIS and other technologies to streamline HR processes and improve data management and reporting.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key HR performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the HR team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting their professional growth and the company\'s objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the F&B industry or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in the F&B sector.
  • Proven track record of harmonizing HR structures and optimizing HR operations.

  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies.
