JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaboratively work with all other department and to ensure the successful.
• Communicating necessary business strategies to the team,
• Leading the planning and management of the project schedule, working with the delivery team to ensure that the overall schedule duration and contingencies fall within the agreed expectations.
• Management, delegation, and scheduling of resources throughout a project.
• Environment (QASHE) management system, including quality management.
• Planning and strategy, safety audits, and safety program development.
• Requirements across staff, contractors and work practices ensuring appropriate records are maintained and required reports are available.
• Manage and ensure consistent quality and proactively identify quality issues, including rectification works where required.
• Work with the Finance team to closely manage, monitor and report all costs and controls.
• Support the Consultancy Business Development team in building relationships with new clients and securing new projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Management/ Property Management or a related field.
• At least 15 years of working experience.
• Project Management, Contract Management, Project Finance/Costing, Negotiation skills, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management are advantages.
• Strong communication skills.
