The role entails supervising mall leasing operations to achieve an ideal balance of tenants and financial success. Responsibilities include formulating leasing strategies, negotiating agreements, and fostering positive relationships with tenants, blending strategic planning, financial oversight, and leadership to elevate the mall\'s competitiveness and success in the real estate sector.

• Formulate and apply effective leasing strategies for attracting and retaining a diverse and desirable tenant mix.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Foster positive relationships with both current and potential tenants to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and oversee leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the mall\'s financial performance.
• Negotiate lease agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions, maximizing rental income for the mall.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional activities and events that drive foot traffic and enhance the mall\'s brand image, improving the overall shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations pertaining to leasing activities.
• Supervise the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Reporting, analysis and documentation.

• Degree holder in real estate, property management, business or any related field.
• 10 years experience in property management and leasing experience, preferably mall retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in leading a team.
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Willing to be based in Johor.
