This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the application of AI technologies to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.Requirements: * Cert / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Lazada, Line Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Easystore etc).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally the role has to travel to China and have conduct market survey and development.
