Your new role In this vital role, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the management of our service team, handling project reporting, performance analysis, and ensuring effective maintenance programming. Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring seamless functioning. Develop and enforce operating and maintenance procedures to meet regulatory standards. Manage solar and renewable energy assets, including a central control centre. Assist solar technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure optimal performance of the solar portfolio, meeting or exceeding forecasted production. Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships. Support Finance and Accounting in report and budget preparation for investors and lenders. Oversee compliance with contracts and manage relationships with stakeholders. Develop and manage an asset compliance calendar. What you\'ll need to succeed Minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable asset or facilities management. Technical understanding of solar generation and energy storage. Familiarity with DAS/SCADA systems and data management. Prior experience in renewable generation asset management.
