Job Description


Product Strategy and Management

  • Oversee strategic planning and management of the complete product portfolio.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client projects.
  • Create distinct product positioning and messaging to set products apart in the marketplace.
  • Identify market requirements and key customer-facing features, translating them into compelling customer value propositions.
Commercialisation and Revenue Management
  • Manage the commercialisation of the product line, including developing business cases and return-on-investment analyses; track actual performance against initial projections.
  • Establish pricing and bundling strategies to optimise customer value and revenue across the product line.
Sales and Marketing Enablement
  • Enable sales efforts by articulating the product value proposition to the sales team and creating supporting sales tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop strategies and collaborate on marketing programs that stimulate demand for products and services.
Team Leadership and Alignment
  • Inspire and lead the product management team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Support the executive team in aligning product initiatives with the broader business strategy.

They should possess knowledge of analytics and visualisation programs and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative products.Key qualifications include:
  • Experience in fast-paced development environments, balancing frequency and quality.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and coach both internal and external customers.
  • A proven track record in developing innovative product verticals from concept to launch and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Understanding of big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and visualisations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing multiple product lines.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Skills in marketing and product positioning, alongside solid presentation abilities in English.
