Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for lease renewal, expansion, marketing, events, and finance. Drive growth and success through effective lease negotiations, strategic marketing initiatives, event planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lease Renewal and Expansion:

• Lead lease renewal negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
• Identify and secure prime retail locations for expansion, conducting market analysis and negotiating lease agreements.
• Marketing and Brand Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic to retail stores.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
• Events Management:

• Plan and oversee events at retail stores to create unique and engaging customer experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and maximize their impact.
• Financial Management:

• Manage retail budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the profitability and viability of retail initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management:

• Foster strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and leasing agents to facilitate lease negotiations and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Lease Administration and Compliance:

• Oversee lease administration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with lease terms, and timely rent payments.
• Mitigate leasing-related risks and proactively address any lease-related issues or disputes.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
