Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Lead and drive System Design and Architecture initiatives. Architect to design, develop enterprise architecture, govern and deliver a resilient ICT ecosystems. Initiate the automation agenda for the whole MISC and find opportunities where headcounts can be optimized, and automation increases.
Lead the innovation programs for MISC with strong business and industry partnerships for adoption of IR4.0 and strategic digital technology trends
Lead, drive and strategize the MISC Group\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Platform initiatives. Continue to enhance the digital platform that is aligned to business objectives, adopts industry best practices and emerging technology trends and addressing current challenges.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the ICT industry.
Advanced level technical certifications or equivalent (TOGAF, Microsoft Certified Architect).
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
Experience with enterprise technologies supporting HR, Finance and Accounting, and/or other areas within maritime industry.
