Identify customer needs and translate them into user stories
Develop and own clear user story backlog aligned with story prioritization
Prioritize user stories for squad members
Remove obstacles and coordinate actions for successful implementation
Hold responsibility to ensure delivery of targets set for the squad
Regularly measure and report the value creation by the Squad
Own squad dashboard\xe2\x80\x94ensuring frequent and accurate updates to metrics
Approve completion of users stories and decide when to release \'Quest\' MVPs
Coordination & prioritization
Align \'Quest\' vision & business case with all key stakeholders
Ensure alignment of product prioritization decisions with all stakeholders
Clearly communicate product developments and impact to all stakeholders
Support and team mgmt.
Understand and communicate user stories across squad members
Refine and clarify user stories with input from squad members
Ensure continuous & incremental delivery, coordinating with other agile roles as necessary
Clearly communicate \'Quest\' vision to any third party vendors to motivate, inspire and foster delivery
Manage administrative requirements of the Squad members (incl. leave, expense approval)
Co-sign evaluation of Squad members together with chapter leads
Closely work with chapter lead to ensure squad members are evaluated fairly and can improve performance
Monitor overall Cash Management & Trade Finance product performance i.e. product profitability, revenue, count and value throughput, penetration and utilization rate etc.
Market Research & Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Competitive intelligence gathering and client/industry segmentation survey
Collaborate with TB Sales, Product Partners & regional counterparts to develop strategic business plans to increase Cash Management penetration and utilization.
Develop and implement product bundling and pricing for TB solutions.
Work with Sales & Marketing to develop and implement product marketing strategies, collaterals and customer events to increase internal and external visibility and awareness.
Develop and implement internal product training programs for TB Sales and Product Partners.
Pre/Post Sales & Implementation Support \xe2\x80\x93 supporting Sales, Client Support and Implementation Team in managing new client requirement (RFP) and closure of large/complex deals.
Responsible to guide and manage a team of senior and junior product managers.
Product administration \xe2\x80\x93 managing issues related to vendor management, audit, regulatory and compliance.
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Relevant business field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in developing creative, value added credit related solutions to clients in trade, lending or structured trade finance.
Strong understanding of credit, traditional & modern trade finance and structured solutions including supply chain.
Awareness of market dynamics (supply and demand and price)
Strong leadership and effective communications skills
