Job Description


This role is responsible for providing outstanding service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments, accessing medical records, and understanding billing or insurance coverage.
Problem Resolution:
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Data Management:
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Process Improvement:
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or policies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and healthcare regulations to provide informed support.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as billing, insurance, and medical staff, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share insights and improve service delivery.
