Job Description
-Preparation of food and instructing/ guiding kitchen assistants with ingredients preparation, fermentation, storage
-To assist and monitor food stocks and movement.
-Inspecting supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformity with established standards
-Explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations and food quality
-Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services
-Leading kitchen helper team
