Job Description
- General conveyancing and advisory works in real estate matters
- Banking and security arrangements, corporate and consumer loans
- Advising on property development projects
- Leases and tenancies
- Good communications/negotiable skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Hardworking, committed and responsible and able to work independently
- Driving license holder (for car) and have own transport (added advantage)
- Able and willing to travel for work purpose
