• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written).

Tanggungjawab

• To answer an inbound call and redirect to concerned department or person in charge.
• To record caller/guest\'s name & message accurately and pass the concerned department or person in charge.
• To welcome guests in a good manner, identify his/her specific purpose or needs and assist them or direct them to the venue.
• To provide accurate information to clients, guests or public about Xiao En Group\'s products, services and facilities for both Xiao En Centre and Xiao En Memorial Park.
• To liaise or alert the hall rental team and assist in registering the funeral director or client family, ensuring necessary details obtained.
• To update the occupancy list and general clerical and administrative support to relevant department.
• To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of reception counter, lobby, and hall on a daily basis.
• To maintain contact with all guests and action to compliments or complaints or special requests i.e. direction, hail taxi to the front door.
• To receive the postal, parcel, courier packages addressed to the concerned department or staff.
• Any other duties which are appropriate to the post and which are agreed upon to the Hospitality Manager.
• Any others task as assigned from time to time by Superior
