  • Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences.
  • Ensure efficient operations and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lead by example in maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary targets while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff and management to ensure smooth execution of food service and timely delivery of meals to guests.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
