Management company daily visitor & answering incoming phone calls & HR & Admin day-to-day operation.
Managed company general security, cleaner, gardener's daily rotate work.
In charge of company procurement on general office supplies.
Assisting in HR department on Staff Compensation & Welfare activities.
Take in charge of Group Sports & Social Club activities and holding the secretary position.
Assisting in HR on recruitment & termination process.
Preparing monthly administration reporting.
Assisting ISO compliance team in SOP and audit task.
Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.
Work experience and skills
Excellent written and spoken communication in English
Minimum 1 year experience
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application
Good working attitude and pleasant personality
Good telephone etiquette
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
