JOB REQUIREMENT: * Candidate must possess at least a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Well verse of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Factory & Machinery Act, Occupational Safety & Health Act and other manufacturing industry related acts and regulations.
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. EICC compliance will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on IT will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good interpersonal skills, initiative and able to perform work independently.
Possess own transport.
JOB DESCRIPTION: * To execute the overall spectrum of Human Resources.
To ensure company policies, procedures and rules & regulations being implemented, executed and reviewed timely.
To liaise with government statutory and local authority.
To handle the overall training and education process.
To support and participate with employee welfare activities and event including corporate activities such as Kaizen, Sports & recreations and Safety committee.
To assist overall office administrative duties such as travel arrangement, purchasing, expatriate handlings, IT and etc.
To participate and support company Management Systems.
Perform other ad-hoc Human Resource/administrative jobs assigned time to time.
