Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Handle recruitment process including the job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and corresponding with prospective candidates in a timely manner. Arrange pre-employment check-ups; new employee onboarding process and orientation training. Coordinate the training (internal and external) and prepare training reports. Assist in monthly attendance checking. Assist in uniform stock arrangement, distribution, and purchase orders. Perform administrative/clerical jobs for the purpose of supporting the daily operation of the General Management Department. Handle employee outpatient claim and updates medical card record. Handle department pretty cash claim. Organize company activities such as employees\xe2\x80\x99 monthly birthday parties, team building and etc. Prepare monthly department work completion report / month-end report in the format of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft PowerPoint. Assist to prepare department meeting minutes and meeting arrangements. Assist in the stationery purchase order, separation listing for different department cost centers, and distribution when stock arrives. Monitor and fill out project documents e.g.; contracts, and proposals. Perform ad-hoc assignments/tasks assigned by the Superior / Manager in a timely manner. Job Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or equivalent field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh-graduate / Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent. Excellent and proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Language required: English & Mandarin; Mandarin speaker will be added advantage. Full-Time position(s) available. 5 working days.
