Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities. \xc2\xb7 To oversee the entire recruitment and retention process, including to review job advertisements, to screen and select suitable candidates, to conduct interview & background check, to provide on-boarding, orientation & training to new joiners and to involve in retention process. \xc2\xb7 Implementing employment policies, practices and staff compensation and benefits. \xc2\xb7 To ensure compliance and proper record keeping for the entire HR process \xc2\xb7 Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, and all other employee relations matters. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent \xc2\xb7 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous and have good analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the Labour & Employment Law in Malaysia and other relevant statutory acts. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources. \xc2\xb7 Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
