Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the GM's calendar, meetings, appointments, and communications, including calls, emails, and official correspondence. Prepare and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents while maintaining organized and confidential filing systems (physical and digital). Coordinate board and management meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, deliveries, and provide support for company events, meetings, and conferences. Manage the renewal of government and non-government licenses, ensure compliance, and handle all government-related submissions. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and update HRMS for leave and attendance. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data. Provide support in employee relations, addressing basic inquiries, and preparing disciplinary documentation. Coordinate staff welfare programs, medical and insurance claims, and company activities.
