Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor\'s degree is a plus).
1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR administration, employment Act.
Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in SQL payroll / Infotech HRMS (willing to learn).
Able and willing to travel to work place (Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya)

Scopes:Oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions, encompassing recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance appraisal, evaluation, attendance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
Take charge of payroll management, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, employee confirmation, annual appraisal and evaluation, address employee concerns, and update HR policies in alignment with group HR policies, the local Employment Act, 1955, and other pertinent labor rules and regulations.
Liaise with government statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc., to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct market trend studies and assess employee needs to continually review and enhance employee benefits, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Fulfill the recruitment needs of the station managers on manpower requests.
