Job Description


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for HRDF/ HRDCorp. SBL Khas process and submission of claims, answering queries by Officer.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assist in monitoring leave and attendance, generate attendance report for HOD review monthly.
  • Assist in any HR events / activities and company functions.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Dept.
  • Assist to liaise with any authority body to seek clarification.
  • Assume other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by HOD/Management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in HR fields.
  • Knowledgeable about HRDF/HRDCorp Submission, Kakitangan.com will be added advantage.
  • Responsible & possess high degree of integrity.
  • Must possess good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Responsible, honest person and able to work independently.
  • Have good working attitude.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Able to start immediately will be advantage.
