1. Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR administration, preferably in the Retail industry.
3. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office and HR payroll software programs.
4. Able to multitask and proven record of handling confidential information.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills.
6. Excellent command of speak and written Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu.
7. Able to onboard within 1 month.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute the daily operation of the Human Resources (HR) and Admin department
2. Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function, which includes payroll, recruitment, administration, industrial relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.
3. Manage whole cycle of the IR matters related to disciplinary issues, staff grievances, staff misconduct, labour dispute between employee and company
4. Prepare reports requested by management and governing bodies on timely and accurate basis
5. To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations
