To identify recruitment needs, publish and update job ads on careers pages and portals;
To arrange and conduct interviews for job applicants, obtain and verify information used to screen, evaluate them and notify eligible workers of position availability;
To prepare new employee documentation and ensure all resources are ready and intact for new recruits;
To conduct orientation program to new employees and explain on Employee Handbook;
\xe2\x80\xa2 To generate on time attendance record and verify missing attendance and leave records;
To prepare and distributes company uniform and PPE to employees and perform routine stock check;
To organize corporate events such as employee birthday, company\'s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.;
To prepare monthly KPI records, distribute to respective superior and prepare KPI reporting;
To prepare, distribute and compile checklist and reports related to foreign worker hostel amenities and cleanliness;
To perform routine hostel inspection and ensure cleanliness of the hostel is maintained and grievance of hostel complaint and maintenance is performed;
To investigate and follow up on all Safety and Health accident occurred and prepare related reports;
To update in employee benefit programs and worker\'s compensation plans;
To perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
