Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management with 4 years of experience in related role
Well versed with Malaysia Labour law and practices, industrial relation act, statutory requirements, and Human Resources Management
Competency to handle multi tasks and resourceful as well as to maintain confidentiality
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Fast learner, attention to details & able to multi task
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point, etc)
Responsibilities
Full spectrum of admin and HR function including monthly payroll and report.
Liaise with government/ statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, HRD, IRB, labour office and etc. to ensure compliance with regards to statutory regulations.
Handle full cycle of recruitment activities including posting of job advertisements in job portal, conduct screening, interviewing and offering.
Prepare employment letter and HR related documents.
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities including issuance of uniform, access card etc.
Update and maintain employee database in the HR system.
Administer and monitor employee benefits and leave management.
Oversee training and development activities.
Update, implement and maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
Assist on business operation billing issuance and related billing report
Ensure all invoices are issued timely and correctly
Compile, maintain and records document of all invoices
Any other admin and ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
