Handle full spectrum of payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
Prepare SOCSO, EIS, PCB and KWSP records.
Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, and obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and others
Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc
Issuance of purchase orders, issue invoices, Delivery order, draft contract and adhoc duties.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Need to Posses Own Transport & Valid Driving Licences
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferably with knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office packages (word,excel,powerpoint), and related business and communication tools.
