Job Description


:

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
  • Prepare SOCSO, EIS, PCB and KWSP records.
  • Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
  • Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, and obtaining signatures for documents.
  • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and others
  • Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc
  • Issuance of purchase orders, issue invoices, Delivery order, draft contract and adhoc duties.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Need to Posses Own Transport & Valid Driving Licences
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably with knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office packages (word,excel,powerpoint), and related business and communication tools.
