Possess a Advance Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience preferably in the areas of HR and Administration role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good in analysis and solutions oriented.

You will support the Human Capital Management & Administration team in the day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for all HR-related matters with employees. You will also undertake personnel-related administrative responsibilities.
Manage full spectrum of HR and administration activities including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, performance management, and employee relations.
Source, screen, interview, assess applicants and facilitate on-boarding process.
Compile and prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, and staff expenses.
Develop and implement policies that adhere to company and group objectives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with employment laws.
Supervise and manage the admin team.
Planned, scheduled & produced all company meetings, including meeting taking.
Maintain document control.
Involve ISO 9001:2015 in audit section for renewal yearly certificate.
Handle and manage auction consignments.
Develop and implement consignment selling points and strategies.
