Job Description

• Have basic knowledge in using payroll software, such as SQL or any other payroll software
• Have at least Diploma in Business, Human Resource and other related fields
• Good in MS Office, Google Sheet & Google Docs
• Can work in team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Maintain employee records, including attendance, terminations, confirmation, personal information and other employee changes, and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Data entry and filing for employee related information
• Prepare confirmation letter, warning letter and termination letter
• Assist with payroll processing
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as leave and allowance
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Provide assistance for employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Any other related tasks as HR Assistant
