Job Description


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Visit government authority eg Immigration, Lembaga Hasil and etc
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for the entire team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures
