Job Responsibilities:
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbOversee full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower planning & sourcing, training & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, industrial relations (IR), and other HR related support services.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbTo manage human resource policies and SOP to make sure that they are legislatively compliant and reflective of current best practice, provide employee sufficient information about human resources policies.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbTo prepare payroll, and ensure timely contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbExpatriate management including employment pass application, renewal/cancellation, relocation to Malaysia, tax filing, etc
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbProvide support and guidance to HR staff.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbAny other jobs assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbDiploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbA minimum of 4 years experiences in human resource.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbBasic knowledge of Labor Laws.
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbComputer skills - MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbLanguage ability: MANDARIN\xef\xbc\x88is a must\xef\xbc\x89 English
\xf0\x9f\x91\x89\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbbAn optimistic person and able to work under pressure.
