HR Assistant Manager
A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Batu Kawan is looking for a HR Assistant Manager to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to manage industrial relations, employee disciplinary actions, and HR policy compliance, overseeing expatriate and foreign worker management.Main responsibilities of the HR Assistant Manager role

  • Industrial Relations: Union management, collective agreement negotiation.
  • Internal Relations: Employee disciplinary management and attending Industrial Court.
  • HR Policy Administration: Ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Expatriate and Foreign Worker Management: Liaising with the Immigration Department, Expatriate Services Division, and Labor office.
  • Hostel Management: Overseeing foreign worker and expatriate hostels, applying for quotas, and participating in the hiring process.
  • Industrial Trainee Management: Handling interviews, intake, certification, allowances, and engagement with universities/colleges for recruitment.
  • Employee Engagement: Managing engagement activities, maintaining the engagement calendar, liaising with external vendors, raising PR, and managing the budget.
  • HQ Reporting.
  • Department Budget Management: Overhead expenses reporting and tracking.
  • MTS Performance Management: Collaborating with team leaders, machine leaders, and supervisors to ensure blue-collar competency, meeting audit requirements, updating the MTS module, and tracking recertification.
  • Canteen Management: Receiving feedback and implementing improvement activities.
  • Internal Communication: Controlling plant communication processes and implementing corrective actions for communication issues.
  • Newsletter Creation and Translation.
  • HR Module Training: CoC, PEP,
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Creation and implementation.
  • Audit Support: Assisting with audit-related documentation.
Key requirementsBachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experienceBenefits
