Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
ResponsibilitiesAs the HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company\'s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your main duties will include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organization of staffing needs
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Designing, developing, and delivering staff development programs; establishing training modules that enhance employee skills and performance
Coordinating with various departments to assess training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly
Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs
Nurturing a positive working environment by organizing team building activities and staff events
