  • Proficiency in managing quotas and hiring foreign workers.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Experience participating in job fairs and conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
ResponsibilitiesOverview: We are seeking an Assistant Manager level Recruiter specializing in the recruitment of manpower within the medical, healthcare, hospital, agriculture, plantation, and hospitality sectors. This role requires expertise in managing and applying quotas, hiring foreign workers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding talent while maintaining a strong focus on organizational goals and industry-specific requirements.Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the medical, healthcare, hospital, agriculture, plantation, and hospitality sectors.\xc2\xb7 Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.\xc2\xb7 Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote employer brand and attract potential candidates.\xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to identify suitable candidates.2. Quota Management and Foreign Worker Hiring:\xc2\xb7 Manage and apply for necessary quotas for hiring foreign workers within the specified industries.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with immigration policies and procedures related to foreign worker recruitment.3. Candidate Management:\xc2\xb7 Arrange and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive candidate experience.\xc2\xb7 Collect and organize candidate data, maintaining accurate and confidential records.\xc2\xb7 Manage candidate profiles and databases, ensuring information is current and accessible for future recruitment needs.\xc2\xb7 Analyze recruitment metrics and candidate profiles to optimize recruitment strategies.4. Onboarding and Orientation:\xc2\xb7 Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and conduct orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.5. Asset Issuance and User Management:
  • Manage asset issuance processes for new hires and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Keep track of user and asset lists, including company uniforms, managing their issuance, collection, disposal processes, and conducting yearly stock take for uniforms.
6. Employee Offboarding Process:
  • Facilitate the employee offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with exit procedures.
  • Manage asset retrieval, clearance documentation, and offboarding tasks.
7. General HR Support:\xc2\xb7 Assist the HR Manager in executing general HR functions as needed.\xc2\xb7 Support in handling HR tasks such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.8. Task Assignment:\xc2\xb7 Take up additional tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager, contributing to overall HR objectives and initiatives.9. Relationship Management:\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, recruitment firms, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.10. Data Management and Administration:\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.\xc2\xb7 Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence related to recruitment activities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling candidate information.Benefits
