Responsible in foreign workers policies and matter, and act as advisers in the development or implementation of or reporting on foreign worker policy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee full spectrum of foreign workers related matters.
Liaising and partnering with respective stakeholders as the HR subject matter expert.
Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation i.e., KDN, Immigration, JTK, embassy etc.
Responsible for onboarding procedures, include on arrangements to pick up foreign workers from airport upon arrival, conducting briefing, medical checkup and setting bank accounts, etc.
Handling of foreign workers basic need such as accommodation, amenities, transportation with agencies and internally.
To undertake ad hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
Good in communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision in a challenging work environment

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
