1) Supervise Administration Executive/Officer/Assistant/Telephone Operator & Receptionist 2) Assist Manager on all administration and personnel functions 3)Checking and issuing of monthly canteen subsidy to all employees 4) Checking and prepare of socso/EPF and insurance claims 5)Interview , plan and sourcing manpower recruitment for all staff except Assistant Manager and Manager 6) Attend to hostel needs, fomema , insurance, renewal of permits , deportation etc. for foreign workers 7) Arrangement for transport/normal employees 8) Prepare letters and memo received from manager 9) Relief the duties of manager during her absence 10) Ensure proper security functions within the organization 11) Checking attendance record & prepare payroll for non-management level 12) Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment\'s /sundry are well maintained 13) Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions 14) Monitoring the securities guard daily record 15)To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively 16) Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
