They provide services and high-value products, including semiconductor components, electronic devices, network equipment and software, primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.Job Responsibilities:Strategic planning

  • \xef\xbb\xbfTo identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
  • Ensure the company\'s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
  • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
  • Support regional HR Projects
Consulting leadership about HR matters
  • \xef\xbb\xbfTo provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
Building a competitive organization
  • \xef\xbb\xbfHelping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity.
  • Collaborating with other HR teams on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
Being a company culture and employee experience champion
  • \xef\xbb\xbfHelping build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improving the employee experience.
\xef\xbb\xbfHRBP Qualifications and Skills
  • \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in HR Management or equivalent with at least 6 years or related work experience.
  • A good understanding of HR disciplines, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development, etc.
  • Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.
  • Experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS, BI tools, data visualization programs) to create and implement HR strategy and apply HR management best practices.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with National and Regional Labour law, and tax and social security regulations will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • As the role supports our offices in Greater China, ability to speak, read and write in Chinese language is a must.
  • Good change management and project management capabilities.
