Danone Specialized Nutrition (Malaysia) is seeking for HR Business Partner - Asia Service Delivery Center. Danone Business Service will set-up Asia Service Delivery Center based in Kuala Lumpur. This position will be responsible to take care of HR business partnering in KL Asia Service Delivery Center (ASDC), create and deliver effective HR solutions tailored to unique business needs with working closely with BU HR. As an ambassador to support ASDC set up, service line transition and optimization, he/she support business leaders and employees with end to end anticipating solving organization, people, and process related issues.

Main responsibilities:

HR Cycle and Employee Experience:

• Lead local HR cycle, which includes but not limited to objective setting, performance review and calibration, ASR and MSR, and work closely with ASDC Head of HRBP and ISEA HR Talent and Reward team.
• As a key contact window and responsible for HR issues raised by business, offer end to end solutions.
• Lead people onboarding and exit experience.
• Conduct weekly HRBP Facetime, collect voices from frontline and take initiates to help business solve HR problems, monthly summarize the operations opportunities to Leadership Team

HR Process and Data Expert:

• Monitor daily HRBP process, identify opportunities and lead process improvement.
• Integrate HRBP process with DBS CNAO and template harmonization
• As ASDC people data hub, owns people data accuracy of ASDC population, monthly data analysis, which includes recruitment, turnover, move and promotion.
• Monthly update raw data for CNAO HR Report, dashboard.

People Engagement:

• Work closely with DBS CNAO HR team to lead ASDC engagement activity and DBS CNAO engagement roadmap implementation
• Monthly collect business and people story to reflect in DBS CNAO Newsletter and deliver on time
• Promote DBS manifesto, One Team spirit, be ambassador of DBS employer branding, Inclusive Diversity culture.

Learning and Development:

• Lead new hire orientation for ASDC KL population
• Work closely with DBS CNAO HR team and Head of HRBP to support people learning roadmap, and talent development, ASDC capability upgrade
• Support from KL to participate in DBS CNAO Learning & Sharing sessions.

OD and Transition:

• Support HRD on local implementation

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• 5+ HRBP experience and familiar with employee journey from on-boarding to exit, managing employee data, prefer with experience in culture, learning and talent
• Familiar with local labor law and have solid experience in handing employee relations.
• Good in analytical and excellent in MS.Excel and MS.PPT for reporting and dashboard.
• Good in HR system operation.
• Mature and people oriented.
• Fluent in English, good team player.
• Mandarin and Malay speaking is a plus.
