Job description Responsibilities 1. Assist in arranging the training and development and activities. 2. Assist in updated personal training record for all employees to comply ISO requirement 3. Assist in preparing monthly payroll 4. Assist in preparing yearly performance appraisal for Operator level 5. Responsible to monitor and check Time Management System (TMS) attendance data and compile month end employee\xe2\x80\x99s attendance report. 6. Assist in conducted recruitment for Interviews & Orientation & Induction for Operator Level 7. Responsible to maintain a proper filling system 8. Assist in preparing documents for any related Government matters 9. To update record and report for Manpower status by monthly 10. Assist in organize employee welfare 11. Assist in enforcing on company policy & procedures to ensure employees comply accordingly 12. Assist in conducting counselling to workers for habitual absenteeism / any discipline issue and prepare warning letter if required 13. Responsible in managing Hostel Administration audit / inspection to ensure comply company, Labor Dept. and CSR requirement 14. Assist in monitoring Safety & Health employees and yearly medical examination to comply with DOSH & DOE requirement 15. Assist in preparing monthly meeting report 16. Responsible to update and key in leave application for all employees at leave system 17. Assist in key in foreign workers information data into MyEg system for permit renewal working purpose 18. Update & monitor expiring of agreement contract such as Hostel, Security, Transport & etc. 19. Buy FOMEMA form and arranging for FOMEMA check up 20. Monitoring foreign workers passport expire and inform H.O.D for passport renewal arrangement 22. To carry / performs any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior Requirement 1. Minimum STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent 2. At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity 3. Well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines 4. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia 5. Required Skill \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office 6. Knowledge in employment act / Industrial Relation are advantage 7.Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and ability to work multi-tasks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
