Coordinate with recruitment agencies (local and overseas) for foreign worker supply.
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for new foreign workers (calling visa, FOMEMA, work permit, etc.).
Arrange workers' arrival, transportation, accommodation, and orientation upon joining.
2. Work Permit & Immigration Management
Monitor and renew work permits, passports, and other immigration-related documents on time.
Maintain accurate records of foreign workers' documentation and validity dates.
Liaise with government agencies (Immigration, JTK, KDN, FOMEMA, etc.) for all related matters.
3. Welfare & Administration
Oversee foreign worker housing arrangements and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
Handle medical check-ups, insurance renewals, and other welfare-related issues.
Manage absenteeism, disciplinary matters, and repatriation of workers when required.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to foreign employment.
Prepare reports and maintain databases of all foreign workers.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
