To handle data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties updated timely and accurately.
Manage customer\'s and suppliers\' billing.
Manage sales and cash reconciliation to ensure bookkeeping is up-to-date.
Arrange and manage payments promptly.
Verifying claims and processing orders.
Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
Assist in financial audit, taxation, statutory, and banking matters including liaisons with the banker, auditor, and tax agent.
HR Section:
To handle HR matters (process statutory payments i.e EPF SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Payroll, Staff Attendance, EA forms preparation, Memo, Leave, and Medical Claims) and ensure timely submission
Issuance of payslip
Assist Superior on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
