Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCE



1. Assist and conduct in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing staff's employment contract and other human resources related task to meet the organization's business needs.
2. Prepare payroll by calculating attendance, leave record and maintaining payroll records & etc.
3. Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, Income tax, and ect.
4. Assist in the establishment and improvement of the system: According to the actual situation of the company's development, assist in formulating and updating company's rules and regulations and HR policy, that are compatible with the company.

5. Assist in conducting training programs , on-the-job training form, training feedback form, training evaluation report and ensure the timely submission of the form

6. Handle foreign workers matters including FOMEMA, foreign workers insurance, work permit and passport application (if any).

7. Assist in organizing staff engagement and staff's welfare activities.

ADMINISTRATION



1.. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
2. To carry out admin work related to procurement tasks such as office supplies and equipment.
3. Assist in general administrative tasks such as student's data entry, filing, and document management.
4. Handle any other duties as assigned by superiors and management.

5. Performing consultation, school tours and new student assessment for new clients.

6. Collaborating with other departments such as the academic department to ensure smooth operation of the school

7. Managing the front desk and greeting visitors, including parents, students, and other stakeholders

8. Involve is preparing and conducting school's program either internal or external

Executive Support to GM:



Manage GM's schedule, appointments, correspondence, and follow-ups and Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.

10. Office Administration:



Manage office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance needs. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office-related matters.
11.

Document Management & Compliance:



Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of official records, licenses, and statutory documents. Assist in audits and ensure administrative compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist as QMR / Document Controller for ISO 9001: 2015


12. Meeting and Event Coordination:



Manage GM's schedule, appointments, correspondence, and follow-ups. Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,622.65 per month

Work Location: In person
