Responsibilities: Admin 1. Responsible for office administrative tasks and maintain records of all administrative expenses. 2. Ensure the overall comfort, safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment. 3. Liaise with service provider for the office maintenance and keep proper record 4. Assist Account Department on daily operation matters such as providing PO, invoice, credit/debit note 5. Handle general administration such as composing documents, email correspondence to supplier, filling, etc. 6. Perform any other ad-hoc activities as and when required by immediate superior Human Resource Payroll

  • Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll processing functions, compensation and benefits, ensuring all payrolls and statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF) are computed accurately and paid timely.
  • Prepare EA Form and distribute to all employee
  • Verify employees claims submission and process allowances according to company policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Staffing
  • Responsible for recruitment including sourcing, making interview appointments and receiving the candidates, checking relevant documents, conduct reference check and documentations for approval to successful hires.
  • To assist Manager on engaging with education establishments for talent requirements \xe2\x80\x93 internship program, etc.
  • Responsible for preparation and follow-up on staffing documents
  • Conduct and provide orientations to new employees
  • Manage, coordinate and administer foreign worker related matters such as permit application, permit renewal, check-out memo, flight booking and etc.
Industrial Relations
  • To assist Manager in handling employee disciplinary issues, industrial and employee relations - listen and address employee\'s grievances by providing counselling and advice.
Training & Development
  • To execute training and development.
  • To maintain and upkeep the training records and documentation.
  • To process & administer the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claims for claimable training courses
Performance Management
  • To assist Manager in coordinating and handling the Quarterly Performance Review & Annual Performance Appraisal exercise and update on review accordingly.
  • To assist Manager on implementing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as compliance of ISO procedures of the Company.
  • Assist to prepare summary performance appraisal report by Quarterly and Yearly basis.
Others
  • Handling on Company\xe2\x80\x99s Insurance,licensing,permits and etc. Check, monitor and verify for new enrolment, deletion, renewal and claims.
  • To assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
